A platform for the people building the next product.
The goal was to create a platform for evaluating, selling and implementing Western Union’s money-transfer infrastructure. The Developer Hub needed to make a complex global payments offering understandable to prospective partners and implementers.
Define the foundation before the screens.
I led design, research, prototyping and information architecture for the Western Union Partnerships initiative. My collaborators spanned product, engineering, marketing and design systems.
